I had a wonderful experience at the Indianapolis Marriott East, driven largely by the warm service from staff like Glendoris and Jeff. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the hotel was pretty impressive overall. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired, and I ran into a few minor issues with my room. Still, the positive vibes definitely outweighed the negatives.
